Beck's Bistro

This place kept a smile on my face from the moment we walked in. Everything was wonderful. That Brisket Quesadilla❤️! My friend had the Spicy Brisket and loved it. We'll d9ne guys.

We spent the weekend in Wellsboro attending an art competition and selected this restaurant for dinner on Saturday night. The Buffalo Chicken macaroni and cheese from the small plate menu was my choice, and it proved to be a large portion that was also delicious. I ended up taking half of it back to our hotel. My spouse chose the prime rib sandwich, which was the nightly special, and opted to pay extra for fries. It was a great choice. The meat needed a bit of a kick, which was achieved by requesting horseradish. The restaurant's interior was cute, and outdoor seating was available. We plan to return.

The service here was absolutely terrible. Our waitress was friendly, but nearly completely absent from our table the entire hour and forty-five minutes we were there. Most of that time was spent waiting on our food. We also spent most of that time with empty drinks because no one came around to check on us or refill them. The food on the other hand was fantastic. The menu had a great variety, the presentation was beautiful, and everything was cooked perfectly. The restaurant itself was clean, well maintained, and had a fun feel to it. If it wouldn't have been for the terrible service this would have easily been five stars.

Fun, good cteative selection on menu that is reasonably priced. The service is friendly and quick and very attentive. I stayed for the trivia night game, and the other patrons were fun and enthusiastic. The town itself is very nice, and Beck's Bistro reflects the quality and community that one sees in the town. While not immediately close to highways, Beck's Bistro is worth the ride for a good meal and a fun break.

Really enjoyed Beck's for a New Year's Eve lunch. I got the street tacos. They were good and simple. It's easy to overdo them. Honestly, they could have been stripped back even more and added a lime wedge on the side. But they were great. Service was kind and attentive, and the coffee kept flowing generously.
