37 Oak Ridge House

The house is absolutely beautiful with easy access off the main road. Both Paul and Ann are wonderful and attentive hosts. We stayed in the "Olivia" which was tastefully decorated gorgeous views and and large private bathroom. Each morning we were greeted with a delicious homemade breakfast prepared fresh by Ann and got to meet other guests at the table and share adventures. Paul had started a fire in the large outside fireplace for us to enjoy along with amazing views. Highly recommend during any season.

This was the best B&B ever!! The host couple was great....super friendly! The rooms were beautiful and super clean! Wellsboro is a wonderful town to visit too!! And the breakfasts provided by the hosts were five-star in every way! I highly recommend the French toast and the country breakfast! They provided a fire on their beautiful back patio and great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We will definitely be staying here again!

What a blessing to be able to have stayed here, the place was immaculate very comfortable and every accommodation you could need. The hosts were warm, welcoming and caring. Breakfast was the icing on the cake! Planning on coming back soon.

This is the first time my wife and I have been to a bed and breakfast. After staying at 37 Oak Ridge House, I can't imagine being taken care of better than Paul and Anne took care of us! Very clean rooms, very good breakfast, beautiful house and grounds, and great hospitality! It is a very calm and relaxing place with wonderful farm animals! We highly recommend going there, you will not be disappointed!
