Beach Road House

Good night sleep but never saw any staff and room was a bit smelly. Carpet on the stairs was stained and probably the source of the odor. Otherwise, place was clean and quiet. A short walk from the cabin is a nice walk/hiking trail in Chilkat State Park. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The room was very spacious and clean. Having the small kitchen was very helpful. We enjoyed being out of town in the woods! All around a very nice place to stay!

Amazing place to stay in Haines (probably the best place we stayed on our whole road trip from Salt Lake City to Anchorage so far). Owners are very nice and helpful. House is spacious and very nicely done with great artistic touches. Location is superb right next to Chilkat State Park trails. Will be staying here again any time we come to Haines. Thank you for such a fun and relaxing stay!

We stayed in the Yurt and had an amazing experience! Clean and cozy with a STUNNING outdoor shower! Our dog thoroughly enjoyed running around on the lawn and watching the birds!

Todd was a great host. He manages this property by himself and was very friendly. The common lounge can use a tv and small speaker, maybe Bluetooth to connect for music while playing pool or board games. The projector isn't good enough during the day and can barely be heard. We do appreciate getting the wood burning stove going. The cabins were great. We used the propane BBQ grill for some home cooked meals from groceries we bought in town. Love that there was ground coffee in a mason jar ready to be made. Full kitchen, but couldnt find tongs for the grill. Might need to add that untensil. Loved the tile decor around the shower and the concrete counter top in bathroom. It was definitely a nice experience vs a standard hotel room. If you are going through Haines, highly recommended.
