BAYOU BITES

Bayou Bites is a hidden gem that I’m glad I found. The weather is what led me to this establishment. I was in the mood for authentic New Orleans gumbo on a cold day. Thankfully I landed in the right place. The gumbo was literally perfect. Ingredients included smoked sausage, hot sausage, shrimp, and crab. It was truly made with love and reminded me of something I previously could only get in New Orleans. I also tried the BBQ shrimp and hot sausage poboy with wings and fries. 1000/10 completely recommend. I was treated like a family member when I walked in the door. The owners took the time to walk me through menu items that my palate desired. The food was so good I didn’t take pictures. I ordered the hot sausage poboy and it was amazing my mother had the salmon bites and shrimp poboy and the flavor was outstanding !!!! it’s like eating authentic New Orleans food in Georgia 10/10 IF YOUR A SEAFOOD LOVER TRY THE BARBECUE SHRIMP and shrimp fried rice the flavors are bold and on point!! Bayou Bites was absolutely delicious! I ordered the shrimp po’ boy, the shrimp were perfectly crispy and well seasoned—so flavorful. My husband ordered the salmon platter and really enjoyed it, we also shared the Thai sweet chili wings, which were a hit with just the right balance of sweet and heat. The customer service was great, the owner (I think) was very kind and friendly. We will definitely be back soon!

I visited Bayou Bites last night with my family. ALL of the food was AMAZING!!! We had a shrimp Po Boy. The shrimps was BIG Real shrimps. The bread was Fresh and soft. We also had a Hot sausage ( Real Patton Hot sausage)po boy sandwich. Sooooooo Good!!!!! The Jerk wings was FIRE..... My husband had the Big C burger. He Really enjoyed it! The restaurant was clean and the music playlist was a vibe.

Wow, wow, wow! Stopped-in for our long-time favorite chicken wing restaurant to discover it had been sold & under new management & a new name. The new owners welcomed us & showed us the menu (they still have all the yummy wing flavors that we know & love) as well as new menu items. He & his wife couldn’t have been friendlier. The food was delicious! We ordered the wings we’d come for plus one of us has a great shrimp po-boy. Then we tried the salad, catfish po-boy & fried rice. Our daughter especially loved the fried rice (which is excellent as well). Highly recommend Bayou Bites & Wings. We will be back, 100% & a big thumbs-up!
