I’ve read some reviews before going because I’m from out of state. The place didn’t get good reviews but we decided to give it a try and sure enough the reviews were somewhat correct. Service was fast and good but the ice cream looks like it’s melting. If outside is like 80 degrees then I would understand but we were there at 7pm with 40 degrees outside and it’s soft/melting the moment we got it.

Less is more. In a world of minimizing product for the most cost for good business profit so is good business to pay attention and have awareness for customer. Do you all not order anything anywhere or just never experienced this. Have no clue when filling, putting lid on or handing to customer without wiping or giving napkins for customer to have to do oneself.

I asked if they made turtle sundaes. He said yes. He started to make it and then asked what toppings I wanted. I told him what a turtle sundae was and he said they didn’t have pecans. Fudge and caramel it is then….wait….not much fudge and caramel. Over $6 for a cup of vanilla ice cream that was half melted. I think their air needs to be turned up. So disappointing for so much money.

Terrible service. I was just there and waiting to order. I guess an employee was in training so the other employee was helping that person. Another person was sweeping and staring at me. The manager was on her phone and completely ignored me. I was waiting for 10mins and there was no one else there so they were slow because people were cleaning. Finally someone came to the front and said hi to the person dining in and ignored me, right when I was about to order she told me to wait and proceeded to the back. The employees cleaning just stared. So I left. This isn’t the first time this happens. I work in fast food service so I know customers are priority, but I guess this company doesn’t care about their customers. Morning shift is the worst, you’re better off going in the evening.. but I me

Typical BR. Looks a little sad but service was good.
