Impossibly GlutenFree

I met you at the farmers market- you said hi and I went into my venting sess about how nobody’s freaking says hi! Anyways, this brown butter choco chip cookie butter is insane. Like crack. My edible just hit and I’ve eaten 1/3 of the jar (with a teeny tiny spoon so it took a while) Your should market this to insomnia cookies or crumbl!!! Yummmmmmmm thanks!!!

God I wish I could give these people more than five stars, they deserve it!! They have worked so hard to make people like me with very severe Celiac Disease the possibility to eat AMAZING cookies. They don’t crumble, they are the perfect amount of soft and chewy, and they have frozen tubes of their cookies so you can bake them and eat them fresh out the oven which you don’t get to experience very often. These people are the absolute sweetest and when you need a cookie order from Impossibly Gluten Free. *Chefs Kiss* is an understatement 100%. Thank you Impossibly Gluten Free for the best cookies ever!!!! They also have super cool cookie butter which is like Nutella or peanut butter and it’s sooooo good!!

First of all I could not believe that these cookies were gluten free! Perfect combination of soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. My kids are obsessed with them. Our favourite is the double chocolate fudge!

Bought three cookies at the farmers market randomly today and tried them later at home and they were surprisingly better than expected. They taste better than regular cookies. The brown butter chocolate chip and the salted brown sugar were my favorite.

A friend and I met Kristen at Bloody Mary Fest last weekend at Theatre on the Lake in Chicago, and sampled a variety of IGF products. Everything was outstanding! On Tuesday my friend wasn't feeling well, so I emailed Kristen (I had taken their business card) inquiring about buying some IGF products. She responded quickly and within no time my order was placed and scheduled for delivery (including a card). And when the order was delivered (earlier today) she emailed me to notify me that the delivery was completed and even sent me a picture of the card. I wish them the best of success with their new business!
