This was a great experience! From the guy who answered my questions over the phone and to the girl who gave me the cake at pick-up. Great staff, great cake, great experience. I placed the custom order online and they came through! The cake was beautiful and delicious.

My 4 year old likes to go get ice cream and this is one of her favorites. All of the staff are always so nice to us. I wanted to point out Chloe, specifically. The first time we went, she was so nice to us and made sure my kid got a unicorn staff. As we have continued to go there, I have noticed how nice and professional she is. Lately I've recognized how well she manages everything and makes sure things room smoothly.

The ice cream was really good. It tasted fresh and no freezer burn. The chocolate dipped waffle bowl my husband got was not good. It tasted like coconut(which he hates). The cherry on my “sundae” tasted like a raspberry, very strange. The one employee who helped us was nice but, the two employees in the back were completely ignoring a woman who came in at the same time as us. I ordered the Warm cookie sundae and he told me right away that the microwave was broken.

The staff we encountered this evening were rude and stupid. The job is pretty simple, you scoop ice cream lol. We asked if they had a certain flavor because we did not see it in the case, and one girl said no then we asked the other lady and she said yes.Then we asked about another flavor, and both said no, but then we saw it in the case. How do you not know what flavors you have? There’s not many of them and they are labeled in front of you. My husband then asked that they pack 2 quarts for us of those flavors, the first girl said that they don’t do it and to look at their prepackaged ones. He then asked the shift manager who also said they don’t do that. It’s on the menu, and we’ve order quarts and pints before. Ice cream was good but the experience took 2 stars off. The "employee" was training a new "employee" and seemed irritated. The new employee was doing fine but I don't think her confidence will be built up very much. At least not here with this team. Paul, if you're reading this please contact me...
