Baskin-Robbins

Came in today to get a milkshake. They have a very limited selection of flavors. I got a milkshake and it was the most watery milkshake I have ever received. I have been getting milkshakes from BR for over 20 years and I have never received such nonsense, literally just like milk. When I mentioned this to her she told me that she put as many scoops of ice cream as she was supposed to, you be the judge (video included with review). I will absolutely never come back, I rather drive further for better quality and better service.

Finally an ice cream shop is open in Grand Terrace! Right across the street from the Miguel's Jr and Stater Brothers. Shop, pick up your dinner, and grab some dessert! All within the same block! Definitely coming here often. GT pride! 🙌🏻

The family who owns and runs it is so warm, friendly, and endearing — the kind of people who make you feel welcome the minute you walk in. Every time I visit, love to chat with them. It’s like we’ve known each other for years. Their kindness, their genuine smiles, and the pride they take in their shop remind me why supporting family-owned businesses matters so much. I used to live coming to this baskin-Robins with my wife and daughter but now we will no longer support this particular shop due to the rude person that would not allow me to use the rest room. My wife asked for the code and the lady told me wife there was someone in the restroom when my wife and I knew there was not . I told the lady there was no one in the and knocked to show her there was no one in the restroom but the lady raised her voice at me in the pressance of my 7 yrs old daughter and wife. Her blatant disrespect was showing me she had a issue with me just being a paying customer in her store. So sorry to even leave a post like this but please be aware when visiting this particular ice cream shop.

Deliciously Wonderful!! We’re a lactose family but decided to go for it! Everything looked amazing! Had the pistachio, my girls had chocolate cookie mint, and chocolate vanilla mix. So far so good! Superb customer service!
