Baskin-Robbins

I've been a Baskin Robbins customer since childhood. I've never had as rude of service as I've had this evening. I ordered a double scoop, like I've ordered my entire life, and they gave 2 half scoops. I politely asked for 2 full scoops. The guy argued and said "that is 2 scoops." I said it's not even at the top of the cup. (Mind you, there was a big 3 inch gap of plain air from the top of the cup to the top of the clear lid. As expensive as Ice cream is, I rightfully wanted my 2 FULL SCOOPS.) Reluctantly, he took it back. Came back with an attitude, and handed me this. I guess he hates his job??? Like how can you serve Ice cream and donuts (two of the happiest foods on earth)and be a jerk??

The female employee was unequivocally rude tonight. 3 cars were in line when I pulled up. Hours on Google said open till 12. It was barely 10. Covid has effected a lot of hours a lot of places. She comes out the back door and says "you all have to leave we closed a long time ago." I responded with "sorry your hours said till 12 on Google." To which she responded "No we've been closing earlier for months." With such attitude that I'll likely not go to that location again. I rarely visited there before, but tonight we had a taste for a milkshake. Guess hours will be back to normal before I revisit.

Went for a late night banana split and it was awesome. I got to pick the flavors of ice cream I wanted. That was a real treat for me, because other places they only give you vanilla soft serve.

Never re-opened after all restrictions lifted in state. When my ice cream cone broke as I drove away from window, still had to get back in drive thru line for replacement, it was 93° 😡
