Baskin-Robbins

We ordered bananas splits, the server never indicated they had none of the ingredients and the only sauces offered were chocolate fudge, marshmallow and caramel. I said well we wanted a traditional banana split. The order was prepared so slow that the ice cream, and the whipped cream topping was melted when it was served. We asked to speak to the manager, her reply was pretty much so sad too bad.

We just had delicious sandwiches from Togos and also ordered a Banana Royale. We did not get almonds or hot fudge in our Banana Royale. Someone fudged up.

Madison is best! Took care of me! Without any hassle or judgment. I appreciate it! Some corporate places take a step back in service to provide in other areas. This is still the case for most places and yet to see a change. As long Madison is there, I will return for her hospitality

Sunny was awesome! She was super personable, funny, and had GREAT customer service. She was running the TOGO's side and the Baskin Robbins side and training at the same time. (She may have needed more help since it was busy but she did amazing). She made our sandwich awesome and she is someone they needed at this location. We also went there last week, and another lady (can't remember her name) was working and was very pleasant and also made our sandwich very well! Liked her too! Glad to see they are hiring better people. In the past, I did not want to come to this location because they had very young people working that did not seem to care if you were there, closed early and irritated me to never want to come in, but I am happy I gave it another shot.

My husband and I went in around 6:30ish and honestly we'll be going somewhere else to get ice cream from now on. We were waiting for the longest time even though it was not busy, floors were dirty, they weren't filling up the utensils so we couldn't get napkins and the employees while they had fairly decent manners, were SO slow. We stood there for at least twenty minutes just waiting for an ice cream cone and sandwich. Please train your employees better in cleaning and providing prompt customer service.
