Basil's Pizza

We try Basil’s about once a year hoping that we had a bad experience the last time and each time we come away disappointed. Today we ordered a two topping 16” pizza with fresh basil and pepperoni. Got home and found a measly 8 leaves of crispy basil with pepperoni for the $28 we paid. At least this pizza wasn’t soggy like we have found it the past. I get times are tough, but their prices are insane for the quality offered. This cost was the nail in the coffin for us, and we won’t be back.

I live about 1 hour and 45 mins away and I wasnin the area for work. I stop in and ordered a steak quesadilla and it was DELICIOUS!! Honestly one of the best ones I have ever had. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The place was clean and smelled good. Very pleased and definitely will stop again!! Thank you!!!

Love love love this place. The prices are high but its worth it. The food is excellent. I bought a house Italian sandwich which was loaded with Italian meats like Capicola, Genoa, regular salami, and ham. It was easily enough to feed two people. Also, I love the rolls they use. They bake them on site so are always fresh. The pizza is sublime. Again, the prices are high but you get what you pay for. I am a pizza fanatic. So when I say that the pizza is good, you should trust my review. All in all, I know of only two other places within 50 miles that have as good or better pizza. The service is quick, and there is adequate parking. BE WARNED: THEY ARE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS!

Delicious pizza with generous, good quality toppings!! Fresh thick bacon and lots of basil, YUM!! Delicious homemade whoopie pies too. They even have gift certificates for those in need. A very kind pizza shop. Can’t wait to come back!

Not from around here , so we decided to stop in for lunch and let me first start by saying the food is worth the wait, I had the philly cheese steak Stromboli and I’d highly recommend it as well. The gf had the basil Italian sub and the sub was delicious, but the pickles topping stole the show. Definitely a must try. Service was friendly and fast and everything is made to order. We will definitely will return when back in the area.
