Do not understand that one start review... Filomena has been doing our taxes for 5 years now and is the opposite of what is described there - very knowledgeable, very available and detailed. And the pricing is more than fair for what is offered as quality of services!

I hired Filomena Scibelli to do my taxes for the last 7 years. Though my return did not become more complicated over time as my life circumstances did not change, Filomena increased the cost of my return every time she saw that my business was making more money. The more money I made, the more she charged me. In 7 years, she more than doubled her fee though she did not have to do any more work in year 7 as compared to year 1. In addition, Filomena is grossly unprofessional and inappropriate in her conduct with clients. When I met with her this spring, she unjustifiably berated me regarding an issue with my return. At one point, she stopped herself and said "I think I am being too harsh with you." She was and she was way out of line. People skills are not Filomena's strength as once again d
