I think it is very European style! Very pretty and quiet! I print some documents there, only accept cash.

I've had a wonderful experience interacting with any of the Winchester Public Library staff, but I specifically would like to applaud Mrs. B and the Itsy Bitsy Readers program. This program is thoughtfully designed and inclusive in delivery. No further proof is needed than the TWO program times, forgiving of babies and caregivers who aren't yet on a schedule. Mrs. B learns every child's name, and explains the rationale for singing, rocking, and other program activities, welcoming families new and returning alike. Mrs. B also invites babies to participate "as they are," inviting them to lapsit, explore, or do some of either. An empowering and most enjoyable program - my baby and I look forward every week!

Wonderful collection. Nice and peaceful place with something different for kids and tiny angels.

We love ❤️ this library but unfortunately e encounter an uncomfortable situation with one of the children area staff members from the Itsy Bitsy readers story-time. Hopefully this will no happen to others families. My family and I are aware the this specific story-time is for infants BUT during my daughter first months, we noticed the other kids older than one were allowed to enter the room, so one day when I was thinking to bring my daughter that just turn one ( so technically she still an infant) to come and enjoy the story time but the the lady that gives the class was very rude and descriminatory said: you can’t enter while a the same time another infant!! That is walking by hand. We feel thapt her behavior was not right and it was very racial towards us. Hopefully this will not happe
