Went here on Memorial Day and what a memory 😩🍦waited patiently in a long line of rude people. When I saw a sign on the window for almond vanilla swirl I asked for one paid $9.52 for a large with chopped nuts and chocolate jimmies. Left so excited to try a non dairy soft serve. Wow I was shocked when the taste hit my tastes buds it quickly reminded me of old ice cream that had been sitting in your freezer for months. I really had high expectations for this new almond vanilla swirl. I do not recommend it and wouldn’t buy it again. I should have bought the regular vanilla soft serve 😩.

I’m really disappointed with the service and also the quality of the ice cream. I was served by a lady wearing a different shirt than everyone else. She was rude and dismissive and just outright unpleasant. The ice cream (mint chip in a cup) was served to me with frost all over it and dripping down the side of the cup. The floors looked like they have never been cleaned a single time since they started business. I would not recommend.

I probably would not go here again. The place is very outdated. I ordered a large sundae and was given a sundae in a small cup. I asked for two flavors and got 3 scoops of one flavor and a half of a scoop of another flavor. The ice cream was very grainy and did not have much flavor. My partner got a lime Rickey and it's incredibly sweet to the point where he cannot drink it. Skip this ice cream place and find another place. Not worth it at all.
