Bamboo House

I've been to several places in Franklin, this place was my go to place, food was fresh, and experience was great.

I found a piece of long black hair same length of the lady that I saw in the back in the middle of my rice and all they do is just offer another rice why would I want to eat some thing else from you guys after seeing this. The whole place is unsanitary and who else knows what’s going on with your food this is absolutely disgusting

I recently went to Bamboo house and had a great experience overall. The food was flavorful, with a variety of traditional Chinese dishes that were well-prepared. While the dishes were enjoyable, the standout of the experience was definitely the service. The person on the phone who helped us with our order was incredibly professional and attentive. They took the time to listen to our preferences and made thoughtful recommendations. When we arrived, the service continued to impress. The staff was friendly and efficient, checking in just the right amount to ensure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Undoubtedly the best Eastern food in the area, the Bamboo House provides outstanding service, quality ingredients, a great selection, and authentic experience. Highly recommend and will continue to return again and again!

The food and service were really good. This Chinese place reminds me of the one I used to go to when I was growing up.
