When I visited Bamboo Cottage Food Truck at the Columbia Soda City food court, I was immediately struck by the warmth of the atmosphere and the friendliness of the crew. The head chef, Oto, despite being busy, generously offered me samples of both the Jerk Chicken and the Curry Chicken, making my choice quite difficult. The Jerk Chicken was bursting with rich BBQ flavor and perfectly balanced allspice, while the Curry Chicken impressed me with its distinct Jamaican flavors and bold turmeric notes. In the end, I chose the Jerk Chicken, accompanied by classic Jamaican-style rice and beans and the standout Reggae Pasta. Food was incredible ❤️💓 I had the jerk chicken it was seasoned to perfection 👌 and very flavorful the portion was just right. My Rice and Peas was delicious 😋 I literally ate every single Rice on my plate. Will be visiting again and recommending this place to all my friends.

My food was great and fresh. When I got home my kids and fiancé attack my plate! Lol the sauce and seasoning on the jerk chicken was just right. The cabbage and rice and beans were very flavorful. I’m bringing my whole family plates next time. Lol

I had an incredible experience with Bamboo Cottage Distributors, LLC! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I had a little bit of everything. The JERK CHICKEN WAS PHENOMENAL. Beyond the food, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick, making the whole experience even better. The food truck was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe with great music. If you’re looking for amazing food on the go, Bamboo Cottage is a must-try.
