My stay at Balai Isabel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The condo itself exceeded my expectations in every way. The interior was tastefully decorated, with modern amenities that made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The location was perfect - nestled in a serene environment, yet still close enough to all the attractions. Whether I was lounging by the pool, taking in the breathtaking views from the balcony, or exploring the nearby sights, every moment was filled with joy and relaxation. Balai Isabel property and company was exceptional! The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. The property was updated, decorated tastefully, well maintained and squeaky clean. The neighborhood was private and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows were clean. The living room was so calming and had great lighting for a movie night. The back porch has a great set up to sit out and watch the sunrise and sunset. The property also has many great outdoor amenities to enjoy. Thank you for making our vacation spectacular! We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

This property is amazing but customer service was TOP NOTCH! Abraham helped us out and answered all our questions quickly and was extremely knowledgeable about everything we needed. The property is gorgeous, very spacious and modern, great patio to hang out on, bbq pit was a great addition to cook burgers. The fishing was great and we saw so many dolphins. My kids and wife had a great time.

Looking for a clean, relaxing place with fun games and additional recreational things, you found your place! 5 of us stayed here comfortably and could probably even fit more. From the balcony you can see the beach and at night it’s so peaceful to just sit and listen to the water! Great place! Will be coming again soon!

Our family, decided to vacation here in September. Upon arriving, we were able to get a fast check in and get ready for the fun,our rooms, and club access. Our rooms were in perfect condition upon arrival and stocked with fast charging stations, towels and all we needed. I would recommend Balai Isabel to anyone who is looking for a family vacation destination and couples retreats. Definitely a lot to do @ SPI and the host was above and beyond for us.
