Baked has been my go-to for cakes and desserts for nearly a decade! Elena has been part of so many special moments in my life starting with my gender reveal 9 years ago, and most recently, my bridal shower and wedding. Her talent is truly unmatched. Every dessert she’s made has been as delicious as it is beautiful. For our wedding, not only was our cake absolutely perfect, but she also went the extra mile by making gluten-free cupcakes for one of our guests. It was such a thoughtful touch, and it meant a lot to us that everyone could enjoy dessert together. I can always count on her to deliver something that’s both stunning and full of flavor. I’m so grateful for her and can’t wait to order from her again!

My husband and I hired Baked for our wedding which was peak season in October. Elena, the head pastry chef and owner , was amazing. She kept in touch with us and made sure we were 100% sure on our flavors and what we wanted to order. She gave us so many options for our cake and various other desserts we could get. We ended up with an amazing 2 layer apple spice cake with cinnamon filling and vanilla buttercream which came out so good. We also got a few different flavors of cupcakes and by far the best thing they have, apple cider donut board. Before the main food was even served the apple cider donuts were all gone. I purchased a custom cake for my husband 40th birthday. Elena was very pleasant to work with, made my vision for the cake come true and even better and the cake was phenomenal!! I selected carrot cake, with canolli filling and marshmallow frosting. Everyone raved about this cake and said it was some of the best they have had!

Elena delivered on our wedding cake and at less than half the price of everyone else I contacted! We needed a vegan cake for some of our guests and I didn't know enough about vegan but luckily Elena worked with us to make a great tasting cake that also met the requirements for vegan. It turned out amazing and we got tons of compliments from our guests. The cake fed over a hundred people and was the perfect balance of sweetness and quality. Thank you!!! This wedding cake didn’t just look incredible, it tasted incredible!! They even did all pink sprinkles for our confetti cake! We got so many compliments on how beautiful it was and how delicious it tasted. Thank you so much!
