Baja's Express

The food is always fresh, the location is very clean, well decorated and cared for. The staff does a great job preparing your dishes. It's quick and easy unless it gets really busy. They keep things moving quickly if you know what you want. I have not had a bad meal or negative experience at Baja's. I guess this is why they are successful. Keep up the good work.

I honestly don’t know what’s going on with Baja lately, but they’ve gotten real cheap with their portions. I asked for just a little more of something — nothing crazy — and somehow that turned into an extra charge. Like, seriously? The guy behind the counter was acting like the food was coming out of his own paycheck. If you’re going to charge extra, I better see a lot more food, not a spoonful that disappears before I even sit down. What makes it worse is that the food doesn’t even make up for it. Bland, no flavor, no effort. I’ve had better seasoning from instant noodles. California Taco easily wins — their food actually tastes fresh, flavorful, and they don’t act stingy when you ask for a bit more. Baja needs to take notes, because right now, they’re giving off “budget cafeteria” vibes

Stopped here on a whim. I generally steer clear of Mexican food because cilantro is usually mixed into everything... HOWEVER I am SO glad that I did! The atmosphere is that of most fast-ish food places, only cuter. They make your food to order, including sin cilantro, and the service is with a smile. My bomb wrap was literally the BOMB! Baja's is definitely going to be a regular eatery for me while I'm in the area!

So annoying when the lady at the register can’t get your order right and always over charges I asked for the side of fries with the burrito everyone there knew what I was saying they prepared it perfect but the lady over charged and this now being the second time she’s done it to me she starts speaking Spanish telling the guy to make a full order of fries because she messed up so now I’m just at home with way more fries than I want and over paid by a couple of bucks. I’d normally let this go but like I said this is the second time she’s done this

It was just amazing! Wish they had an option for a larger portion for a bigger fee. However it was filling! I was so worried the carnitas was going to be dry but it was so tender and flavorful! Wish they had more condiment options too but the food didn't need it!
