Chub's Blue Pig BBQ

I passed by Chubs BBQ every day for 2 years but this time I went in & I tell you I wasn't disappointed. The energy from the customers & the staff makes you feel like you are family. I ordered the Chubs Sampler, a side rack of ribs & steak, and cheese egg rolls. Everything hit, tenderness, flavor & love. I couldn't stop dancing after every bite. I recommend Chubs BBQ & I will definitely be back to try more of the delicious food they have to offer since I live right down the street lol

After months of wanting to go to Chub's, I finally had lunch there today. My only regret is not going sooner. The staff were very attentive and kind. Even though it's counter service, they checked in with us multiple times to make sure we didn't need anything. I ordered the brisket dinner with mac & cheese and potato salad, it was phenomenal. The brisket was so tender, it was falling off my fork. It tasted out of this world and is some of the best brisket I've ever had! I also loved that they have a gift shop corner highlighting different local artisans. It's obvious they take pride in being part of the local community and are raising up others by sharing their success. Being able to shop local and invest into our community is very important to me. Dear Lord, this place was good. The brisket was just melting my mouth. No chewing required. The pulled pork was just absolutely amazing. But you got to try the baked beans they are to die for. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Alicia for absolute top-notch professional. Super friendly service.

Fresh ground brisket burgers on soft buns 🍔 YUM! The staff greeted us as SOON as we walked in! Bravo 👏 tried the bacon burger and the chubbs burger, both were VERY Tasty! They tasted 🔥 flame broiled or something, couldn’t see the kitchen, and the meat was so tender and flavorful! Absolutely will be back to try other items on menu. Absolutely recommend! Oh yeah, homemade chips are also good.

I just discovered this restaurant today. I love BBQ and have had it all over the US. But I must say this is probably some of the best sliced brisket I have had in a long time. And I love I don't have to go to Texas for it. Lol The brisket was very tender and moist with a lovely bark. Didn't need a knife to cut it. The Carolina gold sauce was excellent too! But there were many more BBQ sauces to choose from. I got the meal and it came with 2 sides and I chose Mac and cheese and potato salad. Both were ok. The potato salad could have used a smidge more seasoning. I also got a giant piece of corn bread and a peanut butter cookie that is the size of my face!
