A ticket home from my home!!! Growing up 20 mins from Philadelphia and truly pretzels are part of my culture. And to hear that this franchise is now here in New England and better moments from my home was stunning. Pretzels like home and here is wonderful. Please enjoy these fresh pretzels at the best prices. You will not regret it.

I had gotten two sausage pretzel rolls, and the dough inside was raw.

First time trying this new spot, and we will be back! We were greeted by a smiling staff and we sampled the menu ranging from traditional pretzels, sausage pretzels, pretzel dogs, and cinnamon sugar rivets. We tried the nachos cheese sauce which had a nice spicy flavor and the sweet cinnamon dip. The prices were very reasonable too! 5 stars all the way!

We stopped in to try the pretzels and they were so good! The cinnamon/sugar pretzels with the cinnamon dip were amazing! The prices are very reasonable too! We will be back for sure!

We tried the Pretzel Factory today and it was great! Owners were awesome, food was great and hot, and very well priced. We will definitely return.
