Terrible customer service. They will not return your phone calls, nor kepe track of your business information. Wildly overpriced. Charged $650 to do a 990EZ which had incorrect information. Added a $25 charge for credit payments. Go anywhere else. I am ashamed to have ever used their "services".

Had the worst experience here. Took my taxes there this year. Waited a month for them to get absolutely nothing done. The receptionist gave me an email to contact them at, emailed them twice about the status of my tax return and didn't hear back. Called and asked if they were missing paperwork or what was taking so long and got told they had everything. A week or so later get a call saying they need my 2023 taxes and they just started my taxes (mind you I dropped them off 3 weeks prior). Then I call to see if I can send them my 2023 taxes through an email or portal of some kind and they said yes we will send it to your email for the portal, never got an email from them with portal information. Not only are the owners on site and both brilliant, but their team is top-notch as well. I literally can't imagine doing my business without them as my partner. No comparison. I am a Self-Employed Triple Licensed Professional in NYS so I file your typical 1099 on a yearly basis. This firm destroyed my Taxes in 2019 leaving me with a debt to the IRS of nearly $10,000 in 2020. I explained the issue before they started my taxes this year, and again they failed. They tried to sell me a COVID 19 CARES ACT relief Loan of 10K to off-set my out-of-pocket expenses to the IRS with a hefty cost of $115 per hour to complete the forms and with a disclaimer that the loan may not be approved. My bill from Baghat & Laurito-Baghat Last year was $270 and this year nearly $700.00. I will NEVER use them again. I don't trust them. My wife and and I have used this firm for our personal income taxes many years and have been very happy with the service. Also, our church uses their payroll service, and it has been extremely well handled, and a very good value.
