Bagel Boys New City

I’ve been going here since high school. The vibes just are not the same anymore. The prices are insane and the service was slow. The iced coffee was still really good. Idk not terrible but just not the same.

Didn’t physically go into this restaurant but my friend was on vacation and stopped and brought me home a bagel, when i tell you this bagel is the best bagel i’ve ever had, im in ohio writing this review enjoying the most delicious bagel 💕 my wait was only 1+ because friend drove 10 hours home with my bagel

Ordered a chicken salad with my salad and they forgot to put the chicken in. I called to have them reimburse the whole thing including the salad because what’s the point of eating a salad if there’s no protein ? Gave me a hard time. Said because I got the salad they can’t reimburse me. Never had this issue with any other location. Soooo… never coming back to this location.

Absolutely disgusting! Not one part of the order was correct. This is what they sent as "chicken noodle soup"... THERES NO BROTH IN IT! NEVER again 🤢🤮

waited 45 minutes for one bagel had me so angry not welcoming they were rude after makimg me wait just crazy.
