Ambient is great. Came here for The bread is delicious! A must have honestly the best seafood boil in Escondido hands down! The seasoning is delicious 10/10 definitely will be coming back again!! Staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely in my top 3 places to eat

Probably the best seafood restaurant in San Diego! We came here based on a few friends' recommendations and ordered Combo 3 & 2, lobster, seafood spaghetti, some appetizers, and more. Everything was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. Definitely coming back, highly recommended!

I’m making this review as someone who does not eat seafood. I split the tenders and fries with my daughter. They were amazing… the fries were great! There’s some seafood places that do not put effort into other items on the menu expect seafood and this place is not like that. I genuinely appreciated that!! I also had like a DIY crab bag. I ordered the Cajun butter sauce on the side… literally tasted like heaven!!! I ordered corn and sausage and mixed it all together. So bomb!! It also wasn’t expensive for the sides! I was so full after which is rare at seafood places. My daughter loved the deliver cart. They were super sweet to my daughter. The wait time can be long but that’s expected! This was our first time eating at Bag o Crab in Escondido. I ordered the shrimp po boy and my husband ordered the chicken strips. I substituted onion rings instead of fries with my sandwich for $1 more. A cute little robot with a kitty face delivered our food pretty quickly. The shrimp po boy was absolutely delicious! It has fried shrimp, lettuce, onion and the most delectable pesto mayonnaise. The onion rings were lightly battered and the perfect thickness. They were positively wonderful. My husband loved his chicken strips and noted happily they were not very greasy. The fries were done to perfection and tasted great. They are lightly seasoned just the right amount.
