Backwoods Bar and Kitchen

I love this place! After some golf, come up and get some excellent food! The ceaser salad was great! Never had a bad meal here. The food came out really quick, and the server was very nice. We sat outside on the deck overlooking the 9th green. I will definitely be back every time I'm here playing some golf.

Food was fantastic, deviled eggs delicious! Service was great and our art gift from Birdie made it all the more special! Will definitely return!

Decided to go to Backwoods for a dinner this evening. It was the three of us....me, my husband and his Mom. We walked in and it was dead. There were just three tables seated. Nice enough waitress. First strike, no Coke or Pepsi. It is a RC cola restaurant. 🤢 They have a super small menu so you'd think it would be fantastic. NOT. The pretzle with cheese sauce was good. It was actually the highlight. Out came my Ceasars salad and clam chowder. The soup was spicy. It wasn't a traditional NE clam by any stretch. My salad was a salad. It could have used crunchy croutons, not wet and soft ones. The MIL ordered a 1/2 order of ribs. They were passable. But, my poor husband got the fish and chips. Such a great experience! We got seated immediately without a reservation. Staff was very quick and friendly and the food was made to order, piping hot and delicious! We had a rack of smoked ribs, Mac n Cheese, Meatloaf w mashed potatoes and deviled eggs! Prices were all reasonable and the place is really nice inside and out and. We will definatly visit again and would love to try the outdoor dining if it's not raining!

Highly recommended. The food is delicious. Large selection of beers on tap. We love the smoked wings, brisket, burgers and the Wedge Salad. We enjoyed the outside deck and views of the golf course. Highly recommend
