Back Mountain Memorial Library

Love this place staff is very supportive, my son husband we liked we bought some books too

My son & myself enjoy going to the Back Mountain Library. We have for many years. The Childrens Library is very clean & child friendly. Mrs. Bowman is always kind & helpful :) It's up to parents to watch their children, not the staff. A library needs to be treated w/ quietness & respect.They have a wonderful Summer Reading Program for children too. Last week a lady named Krista was helpful with us. We needed assistance w/ printing my son's book report. I'm very thankful we have a wonderful library in our area. With so much technology in the world, I feel blessed to enjoy some calm, quiet, quality time w/ my son at the library. Prayers of appreciation, Vincent & Mom :)

I am writing to say how glad I am to live in the Back Mountain community and have such a wonderful library close by. My family and I enjoy the library first of all for all the terriffic books we are able to take out. Also, their children's programs are the best we have encountered over the years of participating in these. Having access to other amenities as the computers, DVDs, books on CD are all pluses for us. And the staff at the library are friendly and willing to help us every time we approach them with any question that arises. If you have not stopped by the library yet, do so. You will not be disappointed and remember, it is all FREE! Lucky us.

Staff have no idea what customer service means. Anytime we go here, they treat us like we're an inconvenience to them. They especially treat my wife with disdain. We'll get our books elsewhere. Also, covid is over. Take out the mask you we can understand your mumbling.

It's a nice library. Has everything you need. The ladies usually are helpful some a bit snippy but most ok. Plus I love their auction every summer. I would have given it a 5 but remember getting a getter from them 35 years ago when in elementary school threatening me of a non returned book, a fee bigger than the book itself
