Every time I’m in Augusta, I make it a point to stop by Baby Cakes. The owner is always so warm and welcoming—it’s more than just a transaction, she takes the time to chat and makes you feel like a valued guest, not just another customer. The cupcakes are amazing—so much so that now my friends always ask me to bring some back whenever I visit. Great people, great service, and incredible treats. Highly recommend!

Went in on my birthday and Tiara was friendly and so helpful for helping pick out several flavors of cupcakes! She made my day and the icing on top was they were so delicious 😋. So glad I googled cupcakes in the CSRA and she came up highly recommended and I understand why! Do yourself a favor and go support and give her a try with her delicious flavors! Definitely gained a new customer!

I stopped in today because I recently purchased food from this location and genuinely enjoyed it. I had the pasta salad and thought it was good, which is why I fully intended to return and continue supporting this business. Unfortunately, today’s interaction completely changed that. When we walked in, I was greeted and I returned the greeting. The employee then made a passive aggressive comment implying that no one had spoken, so I clarified that I had said hello. The exchange immediately felt uncomfortable, unnecessary, and unwelcoming. I found it very off putting that the focus appeared to be on whether a customer spoke loudly or enthusiastically enough rather than simply providing a pleasant and respectful experience. **10/1/2022 update** Picked up son's bday cake and cupcakes today. Gorgeous as always but unfortunately the cake did not survive the ride home. It definitely needed stabilizers with the height even though it was a small cake circumference wise. Will continue to get cupcakes from here because the taste and look are always great but cake has sunken in and dropped. **Original review** 2nd time getting cupcakes. They are amazing. Owner is always professional and the taste speaks for itself. Will be my go-to place for cakes and cupcakes from now on. *They got toppled a little on the ride but were perfection during pickup

From the energy to the service to the food, exceptional. Minority woman owned and operated. Beautifully manicured shop. Tiara, the owner and baker, sweet as the treats she bakes. Her daughter, a sweetheart. The cupcakes OMG. The red velvet, soft, moist, delish! Whenever I’m in Augusta, I’ll go see Tiara to satisfy my sweet tooth.
