AZA SUSHI & BISTRO

Must try sushi place since the new ownership took over around May 2025. Attentative service and generous portion sizes. Overall, our party was very satisfied with our lunch and will have to come back to try more of their menu! My favorites were the Cherry Blossom Roll, Orange Chicken, and Deep Fried Ice Cream.

I got the Kenji and Aza roll. The Kenji roll was really good and fresh, definitely recommend it. The Aza roll was too salty for me, just not really edible and I do tend to eat a bit more salt than other people who are a bit more picky with salty foods so 😅. I think it might have been a fluke. I tried one piece of that roll alone and then tried another piece but this time with the eel sauce to see if that would be better but unfortunately it wasn’t. Like I said, it’s possible that it was just a little mistake but they were kind enough to comp that roll this time. They did give out a free little snack before the rolls (not sure if it’s cus they were busy) but that was very kind of them and their dessert options are also yummy. After the rebranding and new ownership, you can tell love has been pumped into this restaurant. The fish is fresh and delicious, by far the best quality for money you will get in the canyon lake, menifee, and lake Elsinore area. The owner makes sure to greet every guest and always is trying to improve.

Aza Sushi was a great find while charging my EV in the same parking lot. The service was great and friendly and we got a complimentary dish of ahi fry! The stuffed jalapeño and spicy Big Mac roll were awesome too! Everything was very very good, I would strongly recommend! Quick service too I was back to my car in less than 50 minutes.
