Palm Thai Cuisine

I’ve been here at least a half of dozen times now and the food is always served hot & fresh. The service is always excellent, the staff is always friendly and checks on you frequently for refill your drinks which is a plus especially if you order spicy. The Pad Thai and Masamun Curry is my go to here.

The owners are friendly until they're not. The food is decent, you should go to Phō Ngon down the street if you want phō though. I've gone multiple times but recently we were a party of 6 at dinner time. They sat 2 parties before us that got there after because they were smaller groups even though there was plenty of space for us. The reason given was "we only have one cook so they want us to space it out". I've worked in restaurants before, so this is just nonsense. One of the owners would do work in the back, come out to refill our waters and be taking phone orders on her airpods speaking loudly right in our ears. I understand this is likely cultural, but not ok either way.

Roaches, really! So I really wanted this review to be an excellent one. However, it is not going to be. The food was very good, but I did not expect to see the visitor in the bathroom once I visited it after my meal. THEN ... I felt nauseated after I got in my car ... AND NO, the nausea was not from the new knowledge of a roach, but apparently something did not agree with my stomach. Of course I won't be back.

A Memorable Thai Experience in Lake Elsinore I recently had the pleasure of dining at Palm Thai Cuisine in Lake Elsinore, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a beautifully decorated interior, giving an immediate feeling of being transported to Thailand. The menu is impressively diverse, with authentic Thai dishes well represented. I opted for the Tom Yum Soup as a starter, and its balance of spice and sour was just perfect. I come here often with my family. It's our go to Thai restaurant in Lake Elsinore. We love the staff, the atmosphere, and the delicious variety of dishes. There is something for everyone, including people who are vegan! If you ask, most dishes can be made vegan. Some stand out dishes include Salmon Curry, Drunken Noodle, and Pad Woon Sen. I love this place and highly reccomend!
