Awers (The Caviar Store)

My wife and I are senior citizens and are lifelong avid consumers of sevruga and ossetra caviars originally from Baku on the Caspian sea, also some occasional and wonderful Iranian golden ossetra, and now caviar from China. We therefore consider ourselves knowledgeable when it comes to caviar. Approximately five years ago we began purchasing both Kaluga and Ossetra from Awers, and have been a fan ever since. Their caviar is as flawless and as true to the original Caspian Sea flavors as we have ever experienced. A true delight. Awers are honest, straightforward and sell gourmet quality foods. Highly recommended.

I have been purchasing the same Premium Quality Sturgeon Caviar - Ossetra from this specific store every year for well over a decade as the quality and consistency of their product is simply outstanding. The eggs are a very nice size and the color is on the black/gray scaling. I just recommended this same product to my own daughter and sister-in-law who were each looking for a special holiday gift and the 8oz tin worked brilliantly for each of them. I'd like to think that I am pretty well versed in Caviar [Black only, Red is not my jam] and frankly I don't understand why anyone who tasted their goods would say anything other than THANK YOU

I have just received my order of red caviar from Awers Inc. My order came right on time, in foam box with ice packets, wonderfully packed to protect integrity of cans! It's not the first time I am ordering from Awers Inc. They have a large variety of red and black caviar, all of a superb quality! Caviar is one of the best treats for Holidays. I had a very strange experience today at the store. We love this shop, and we’re regular customers. The quality of their black caviar is top notch. But the service I received today (Nov 25, around 12:30pm) was absolutely shocking. I was the only customer at that time, and the men who was serving me was very unfriendly, kind of angry, and seemed to be very annoyed with my questions. I felt rushed and not welcome. I’m honestly very surprised and disappointed at the same time. I hope it won’t happen again in the future
