A&W Restaurant

Went in at 8 pm " just shut the grill off" guy says wouldn't nake me any food at all and just says go to taco belll.... like how about you not be so lazy and make some food an hour before you close?? Tells me not to eat at long johns either because then they would have to work... Great! Don't waste your time stopping here

The food was piping hot and tasted good. My order was out in well under a minute. The cashier and counter person were friendly and polite. While the dining room was clean enough, it wasn't immaculate. The place could use some upkeep. There we're lots of seemingly broken items, including registers. They were operating off of one register for the whole place, including the drive-thru. The restrooms could stand a thorough cleaning. This location is a combination A&W and Long John Silver's that's connected to an independent convenience store.

We should of looked at the reviews because they are all right. This place is horrible!! Waited in line for our order to be taken and watched everyone in front of us get their food and when everyone else left, she came on the intercom and told us to wait a minute. We told her we have already been waiting 10 minutes and just left. Thank goodness we could get out and wasn't trapped. Learn to multitask and do your job. Don't give me some "I'm sorry for your bad experience" BS because it won't do anything to fix the problem. Just close up already or actually hire people that can do the job

I called to place an order to be picked up. The person who answered didn't say A&W. They also informed me that they would have to go next door and let someone know that I was calling for an order. I just gave it up after that. I don't think so.

Stale burger bun. Soggy fries. Multiple cheese cards were stuck together. The lady who took my order was nice. Edit: I shared more details at the website referenced by the owner's response (below) and didn't hear back.
