Avellino Wood Fired Brick Oven

Great Visit to the Solid Pizzeria. Grabbed a quick Slice at Lunch. It was very good. The Sauce was very tasty, great crunch with the crust and the cheese was fresh and high quality. The people were very nice and working hard. I will be going back for the Tournament of Pizza on the Pizza Hunters App. 4.75. Great job

It’s was my first time ordering here, the delivery time was like expected no concerns about that, the pizzas is so so tasty, really liked that. The ingredients was so fresh and nice quality. Next time I’ll try to eat there, absolutely deserves 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had lunch here with our family, it felt like we stepped into a pizzeria in Italy for the couple hours we were there. The wood fire pizzas were amazing, but the service was also great! You truly feel like you are apart of the family at Avelino’s! Thank you!

Soppressata & sharp Provolone panini. Substituted the long hots for sundried tomatoes (would've ❤️ the 🌶 but stomach doesn't always agree these days 😑). Sandwich was worth the wait and made with authentic Italian ❤️. I would've paid more for the Sandwich but, glad I didn't have to. Avellino's is a staple in East Hanover for over 35 year and the family even longer. Love going here and being reminded of my youth.

Nice place. Great atmosphere. Great location. Staff was friendly. Polite. Only downside is the food. I wish it could have been more firm. It was a little sloppy and also the fella who handled my food wore no gloves while grabbing my chicken sandwich and continued to cut it in half and wrap it with no gloves or any kind of covering whatsoever. I found that to be a little bit gross.
