Fabio's Colombian Kitchen

Based on a few recommendations, I was hunting their Breakfast Sandwich for Scary Good Eats app. This was a monster of a sandwich for under $10. I was shocked that they actually use the Taylor Ham Brand with the generous 4 slices that are on your sandwich. Most places just give 2 slices that are not the Taylor brand. It was a solid sandwich and is definitely in the top 20 in New Jersey. Hidden gem in East Hanover. Small, humble place. I will be back to try some other dishes.

I forgot to take pictures of our food. Because we eat it so fast lol. It was so good, the stuff potatoes were amazing!! And the chicharron incredible! Coffee also great! But here’s what was more outstanding, the lady in the cashier was so sweet, kind and very polite. Her customer service was impeccable and that right there is important for a business to thrive!!! I highly recommend this place. The kindness, warm and the food great 😊. Very very good. I’ll be back for sure!

We stumbled across this place after a long day at work and we were so glad we did. The food was super tasty, fresh and delicious. Service was top notch. Our waitress kept checking in on us multiple times and food was prepared quick. Seating is a bit limited as it’s a small location but perfect for a party of 2-4 people. We left our plates clean and it was all reasonably priced. Will definitely come back

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food at Fabio’s is some of the best authentic Colombian food I’ve ever had—it truly feels like eating back home in Colombia! Every bite reminds me of home. The staff is incredibly friendly and authentic, and the portion sizes are generous for the price. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing food and service. I love how this place has a home feeling. If you are not too sure about Colombian food, staff will give you great recommendations. Also, they make really good drinks from frozen fruit. I tried raspberry, and it was delicious. Can dine in or take out. Very reasonably priced.
