We recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic lunch spot just off the beach. Over the years, we’ve dined here many times for breakfast and lunch.This place never disappoints and is perfect for those looking for a quick and easy meal without sacrificing quality. From the moment we arrived, Sue, our server, ensured we didn't have to wait. Her helpful and talkative nature made us feel right at home, and she genuinely wanted our experience to be wonderful. We indulged in a fish grouper sandwich that was nothing short of amazing, paired with some of the best french fries on the island. The highlight of our meal was the salad, which featured candied walnuts and blackberries with a delightful fruit vinaigrette dressing. We are big brewery fans so of course we had to add Avalon Brew Pub to our list of places to visit. We enjoyed the beers they have brewed and liked that they offered a full bar menu as well. But the food… Oh my gosh!!!!!! The brisket fries we had are literally what dreams are made of! Absolutely amazing! We also has a pizza (not pictured) and that was so good as well. Our server was nice and did a great job. Also really loved the vibe of the location. When we went it was still the off season so it wasn’t super busy which was nice. I’m sure they are packed now that it is summer! I look forward to going back and trying more from their menu!!

We enjoyed everything about this place. We wish the weather would have been nicer so we could hang outside, but everything was comfortable inside. Super nice waiter. Everything was well kept and clean and updated. We had the pepperoni pizza and it had delicious flavor and a great crust! We wished we had just ordered one for my husband and myself. It is marketed as a 9” personal pizza, but there were 6 pieces and we had way too much! Not over or undercooked. The drinks were fun and delicious.

Overall a nice place. I did not try the beer. I’m not a beer person and the rating one the beer are not the best. Best everything including the service was great. Chicken was good and big. I liked the fries. The turkey Ruben was okay. I’d probably change it up from that next time. Will definitely come back.
