If you ever see her food truck out, stop and get you some food! It is amazing! I tried the jerk chicken, the Mac, And the red beans and rice. And it had my taste buds dancing!!! Absolutely love it! She is so talented. The food ia reflection of how she is. Full of spice and life!! If I could give her 20 stars on here, I would.

We love OxTails and this young lady nailed it. There were a couple that hadn’t tenderized completely but for the most part we enjoyed it. This young lady was so sweet and we were talking so much, I forgot to ask for extra gravy. SMH. She also had me try curry goat, it was okay and tasted almost like roast. We live in Hickory and would take that 20 min ride to support her again. Keep cooking with love young lady! We both got Ox tails, rice/beans, cabbage and corn!

Been coming here for years now ever since I happened by them at the Red Buffalo Brewing parking lot. I always order the curry goat and or oxtail and have never been disappointed. I took point off because sometimes the wait could be long but that just means the food is super fresh. Love these guys. Will post pics next time I remember cos I usually just devour.

Purchased oxtail plate off food truck for $30.00 @ signal hill, food was not fresh @ all! Was assured by the young lady that it was fresh & said that she was going to close @ 4 & open back up @ 5:30 & my respond to her was maybe I should wait until then & her respond to me was the plate that I had was fresh. Had more rice than anything.Yams were dry & miniature oxtails,if that’s what they were!🤔 Very Disappointed!

Oxtail extremely tender and soft, cabbage crunchy and delicious. Highly recommend for Caribbean food in the Statesville area.
