Auntie Anne's

When I was a young girl, I loved Auntie Anne's and I still do! They have very good soft pretzels (especially the ones with salt on them) and get cheese dip to go with it. I like the place but, the location it's in is very questionable. Otherwise, you'll have fun eating here

Preztels were good but drinks were concerning...didn’t know till the ice melted but our cups had nasty black stuff at the bottom. Who knows how much of it we drank..

Although i enjoy Auntie Anne's, this location was highly unprofessional. By me being culinary professional the operation was doing everything wrong, from the no frequent change of gloves, handling money While dealing with food. Poor customer service skills, wiping grease on apron while wearing gloves, touching the pretzels with dirty gloves, OSHA needs to raid this place its disgusting. I'm glad i didnt buy nothing from here If i did i i'd probably be sick.🤢

The taste & freshness has gone downhill at this location. My son loves this place & we have to visit this location everytime we come to this mall. And everytime I have to ask for better cinnamon pretzel bites. They are always cold & stale. If it wasn't for my son, I wouldn't buy anything from this place. Just being honest people.

the customer service is horrible, the sad lonely old lady employees prefer to flirt and throw themselves at men than actually do their job, they stand there and make fun of people all day, burn the food, their energy and vibes are just extremely negative its just very sad, i hope they find peace and learn to respect themselves also they are like 60 they should stop picking fights with women who would literally be their child
