I love Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, no matter which store it is. When I went to use my free birthday pretzel offer through the app, the employee stated that they don’t do free pretzels there. When I showed her the offer on my phone, with no excursions listed, she looked it over then again told me they don’t do free pretzels there. However, as I turned to walk away she offered to give me a free pretzel if I bought another pretzel. Very frustrating and I feel as though she was just saying that to try and get me to buy something. Frustrating that I drove all the way there to use an offer with no listed restrictions, only to be told that I can’t use it there! Very disappointed.

I love the food there, but there was this lady that was really rude. we asked if the cinnamon nuggets are vegan, and she said it is, but i searched it up and it said it wasn’t vegan. So i said to her don’t her never mind. but she said it didn’t so i believed her. then she was rude and said i need to make up my mind. then she said all it has butter, which makes it not vegan. So then i said never mind. so then she said to not waste her time and then she said that she won’t serve me.

Check your receipts people. Serving rock solid pretzels and then also ringing it up as subs is wild behavior. Then throwing a fit when they get called out on it. Yall owe me money and some new teeth after this experience. Gross.

Auntie Annies very good workers very joyful food is always fresh they have a very large variety they also serve drinks and just like most other places if you ask for something fresh they will make it fresh for you. Definitely one of the five star locations I would highly recommend them

I got cinnamon pretzel bites and a large lemonade.. the lemonade is rancid...either the lemonade went bad or the machine is dirty... this tastes horrible.. I do not have time to go back..
