Really cool management strategy to just not have the small sizes of things ready to go so that you up sell for a larger size. Or you wait 15 minutes, and the workers were doing absolutely nothing before or after I was there

They gave me burnt pretzels. Should’ve done a refund because you can taste the flavor of it.. also super dry and crunchy instead of the softness (it wasn’t even busy)

Pretzel was cold,I asked for fresh ones and the lead of the shift got so irritated.I wanted fresh pretzel bites not cold dough that’s just a waste of calories.I asked twice nicely is there anyway I can get them coming out the oven?.Instead of him saying my apologies he says do you want a refund in a take it or leave it kind of way,I work hard for my money I don’t have nothing to just give away but what got me is as I was walking off he goes to say she just wants to complain.I wanted you as a lead to have better customer service and not treat me rude because I wanted my food hot and fresh.

This place absolutely sucks. They should remove this location or fire everyone and train a new staff. This is my third time coming here and nothing is ever made. Not only that they have a bunch of ignorant children running this location. You’ll be in line and they’ll ignore you. But if by some miracle they choose to interact with you they are the rudest people I have ever encountered. Harlem & Irving management do something about this establishment.

Very ignorant, young adults workers. A young female worker was standing there playing in her hair around the food area. Nasty!!!
