How do you have 5 people working and have an empty pretzel counter. You sold me a burnt pretzel. It fell apart in the bag. This must’ve been sitting there all day, huh? The guy was so quick when he slipped into the bag, shaking my head.

Lazy Melissa didn’t want to simple put the butter or sugar on the pretzels because they only want to sell what they have out at the end of the day. Thumbs DOWN! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU!

Asked if they could make a plain pretzel bite cinnamon after watching them do it for the person right in front of me, instead they told me to wait until the actual cinnamon bites were done.

They dont sell bite size cups They'll cut up a full pretzel and dump it in the cup 🥤therefore you have a half cup at full price 👎🏾

I recently visited Auntie Anna Chicago Ridge Mall and I have to say it was a delightful experience! The pretzels were absolutely delicious-soft , warm and perfect baked. they offer a variety of flavors from classic salted to sweet almond. Each pretzel is made a fresh order and you can taste the difference in quality. The staff were also incredibly friendly and efficient, even though it was a bit busy they serve my order with a smile and got it ready and no time. I would recommend if you’re craving a tasty snack while shopping.
