Augusta House of Pancakes

It can be a little chaotic when it's busy but the staff does an amazing job navigating the flow. Food was good and portions are hardy.

Be aware this is a cash only place. Now that surprise is over, the food was good. Plentiful and fresh. I took half my omelet home and the wife did the same with her quiche + raspberry pancake. Prices are very reasonable. Only other word of caution is this place is busy so you might have to wait a bit...

Amazing food and amazing service! Some of the best pancakes I have ever had! The menu is very large and provides an abundance of options to chose from. All of our orders were delivered fast and hot, and tasted amazing. Amazing service given by all staff members. Even though there was only a very small mistake with one of the items in the breakfast dish, the manager took the item off the bill and even gave us gift certificates for another visit. 10/10 service, and 10/10 food. Every time I visit my parents in Maine I will be stopping here for breakfast.

I LOVE this place but no heat on a Sunday morning is tough! When you speak up about the door being held open and cold air (-2 degrees outside) and management does nothing it is tough watching my 85 year old mother shiver while pushing through. She spoke to our waitress about being cold also but they get ignored. Bathroom heater moved out to try and heat the main room because there is no heat? Poor mother said the bathroom was freezing temps. The staff here are awesome, the food is excellent. All the love, but time for some maintenance I would say!

What a wonderful experience we had here on a busy Saturday morning! After a few minutes wait, we opted for the counter instead. Service was friendly, prompt, and helpful. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend the cinnamon bun! Husband raved about his omelet and I enjoyed my scrambled eggs with peppers and onions. Bacon was perfect too. Note: cash only!
