Audrey’s Coffee House & Lounge

I truly enjoy coming here and have always recommended Audrey’s to friends and family. It’s one of my favorite spots. However, during my recent visits, I’ve unfortunately had a different experience. On several occasions, I was served by a blonde employee named Ann, and the service felt noticeably unfriendly. As someone who works at a coffee shop myself, I understand how demanding the job can be, and I don’t typically leave reviews like this. That said, I’ve found her interactions to be quite abrupt when taking orders. I also witnessed a customer politely asking for an update on their order during a busy period, and the response they received felt short and discourteous. Staying at the nearby Hampton Inn so we came over to the shops. We had to stop in and check Audrey's out. I ordered a cappuccino and my bestie got a flavored ice tea. Both were prepared quickly and tasted great. The food looks delicious. Would definitely come back.

I went to Audrey’s last night for a private event. My first impression was that the location was so charming and welcoming. The coffee shop itself is so cute when you walk in, and the ambiance was very cozy and intimate. It was the perfect location for the event. The drinks were amazing, and Ashley and Jared were the most attentive, generous hosts. Overall, I was very impressed by Audrey’s, and I hope I get to go back soon!

Amazing place I have to say. I felt like it was very inclusive. My emotions were considered.. How I felt was very important to the two young ladies working … One was taller than the other littler one. Both employees that helped me were very hard working and amazingly courteous. It was a breath of fresh Rhode Island air to finally find a place where all the employees were full of love … go find that driving down 1 or eating at Applebees you won’t find it. I left i didn’t cry even once. 10/10

I had a wonderful experience at Audrey’s! The girls working today were great!! I came in to try the new holiday drinks! They were so helpful when I was trying to decide what to get! I had a great sandwich, I would definitely recommend the Turkey Bacon Avocado you won’t be disappointed! Great customer service, I will definitely be back!
