Customer Reviews
The Atticus is the type of hotel that you stay at because of the experience. The rooms make you feel almost like you’re at home. The coffee and tea in the rooms are very good and there are even bowls of hazelnuts and walnuts that are refilled daily along with the coffee. Very comfortable beds and warm faux fireplaces. Even the lobby feels cozy and inviting. It is a real step up in terms of the experience! Good location- right where you want to be in downtown.
We had the BEST time at the Atticus Hotel during our visit to McMinnville. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our weekend feel truly special. Their hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Our room was beautifully curated with so many thoughtful, local touches. We loved the Pendleton robes, the hand‑picked books, the locally sourced tea and coffee in our room, and the complimentary espresso in the lobby. Also, the bed was extraordinarily comfortable—one of the best hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. We also had an incredible meal at Cypress. The food, the service, and the ambiance were all outstanding and made for a perfect evening. Overall, our time in McMinnville—and especially at the Atticus—was absolutely wonderful. Friendly and efficient staff, clean and comfortable rooms with great amenities, excellent location, delicious food/breakfast, and overall pleasant, memorable experience, staff members and unique features made the stay special, recommending it highly for future visitors. We had a pet friendly room and I couldn't smell anything that would have suggested that. No masked odors with perfumes etc. I was really impressed start to finish. Super clean, very luxurious, excellent layout and spaces.
We just celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary at the Atticus Hotel in downtown McMinnville, and it was everything we hoped for — cozy, beautiful, and full of heart. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality from General Manager Brandie Blanco and her entire team was exceptional. Every interaction felt genuine, personal, and kind — the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. Our room was stunning — beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and full of thoughtful touches that make it feel like a true boutique experience. The hotel itself is quaint yet modern, perfectly capturing the charm of Oregon’s wine country. One of my favorite small details was the nod to McMinnville’s local hazelnut heritage — such a sweet, authentic touch that honors the region’s stor
Absolutely loved everything about our one night stay here after a whale watching trip out of Depoe Bay. Gorgeous, classy! Staff is phenomenal. Ann at the reception desk was so personable. From the moment we walked in the door felt like VIPs.
