Bunny Belly Bagels

It’s a good sign when the person in front of you ducks BACK IN while you’re waiting for your order, just to tell the shop they’ve done an amazing job. I got cheese w/mama lil’s shmear, plus a plain & salt to try later. This is definitely the best bagel I’ve had in Oregon, maybe even West of the Mississippi. Nice structure, chewy but not gummy, with a great crust just this side of crunchy; everything you get from good ingredients in a good dough, boiled just right. The drip coffee was outstanding as well. Person working the counter (owner?) is also everything you want from a bagel shop guy; not trying too hard but affable. Highly recommend.

Amazing beagles and house made spreads. Everything is a hit you cannot go wrong! My only critique would be I would love a sweet bagel like a rasin or blueberry, but the salt bagel with cinnamon rasin spread hits the spot. A great space to grab a bagel and a little coffee. Nothing too fancy, but a nice coffee cream and sugar. The owner is amazingly kind and friendly.

We got the everything bagel with smoked salmon smear and it was delicious! The bagels are soft but chewy. Good crispy exterior too. We took home some day old bagels and they toasted up great. Would absolutely come here again. The staff were kind and attentive.

TLDR: a simple concept - amazing bagels, convenient location - executed perfectly. We have been anxiously awaiting the opening of this shop, with a dedicated bagel shop being very much needed in the area. We had high hopes and they do NOT disappoint! It's a simple spot - bagels, cream cheese, coffee. In this case, simple is the solution! These bagels are everything I want in a bagel - the slight crisp blistered exterior with an airy, chewy bite with a perfectly balanced flavor. Like the shop, the toppings are simple but distributed well. All in all, a win! The owners are great and not new to the McMinnville restaurant scene, so hopefully we get to enjoy these bagels for a long while!

Bagels are fresh and delicious. Great flavor options. Love all the cream cheese options too. The owner is very nice and welcoming. My favorite part of my Friday morning routine.
