Pleasant surprise to find a great meat and three in the area. I had been here when it was a different restaurant, but hadn’t realized it had been revamped. Fantastic southern cooking, everything my wife and I had was delicious. She said it was the best squash casserole that she’s had anywhere. Can’t wait to come back.

Food was great. Wait time was a bit much but they were pretty busy tonight. We loved our server Nickey Clean. Very well put together young lady, fun personality. The energy here was nice and not too much. Just wish food was a little less of a wait.

Stopped by Wednesday for the salmon burger and sweet potato fries and absolutely had to come back two days later for another bomb lunch at a super reasonable price. The restaurant is a little tucked away from the main road but gives such a community feel just driving up in the parking lot. Chef DJ's salmon burger and Mac & cheese and his co-manager Anna's raspberry lemonade pound cake honestly put my grandmother's recipes to shame... The cake was so rich, moist, and the sweetness level wasn't too much to overpower the flavors of the fresh ingredients. I've been dying for a lunch place convenient to me with a soulful menu like this and smiling and engaged staff that's dedicated to their craft. Dine-in or a quick carryout at Astrid's is a lunch trip well worth taking. Cannot wait to check

Food was amazing! We had the meat and three and also had the smash burger! Both were excellent! The fried chicken and black Eye peas were like eating at my grandmothers on Sunday. Definitely recommend coming here to eat! The service was really good, plenty of seating inside and out! You won’t be disappointed eating here!!!

We were pleased that the room in which we ate was not cold. But it was heated by an oscillating red hot electrical fan blowing right in my face. We both left our jackets on anyway and my feet still a bit cold. They have really reasonable prices. Main attractions are the meat and 3's. My date got grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, squash casserole and fresh fruit (berries). I got grilled salmon, mashed potatoes, squash casserole and fried okra. pretty good assortment of canned beers. regularly price at 6-7$ but last night only $2. I got a nice local Trim Tab IPA that I have not had for a long time. I liked everything much. the salmon was maybe a bit overcooked. the squash I wish had less cheese and that the squash was chopped up instead of just slices which were a little too crisp. large po
