Ashe County Cheese Food Truck

OMG, soooo good. I had to write this review right after eating since it's that good. We weren't planning on eating here, but we are certainly glad we did. We had the pork belly grilled cheese and cheese curds. Both were delicious. We love Ashe County Cheese and made a trip to West Jefferson just to visit the shop. This is right across the street from their general store.

Absolutely delicious food. We got the cheese curds, grilled baloney sandwich, and the BLT melt. The sandwiches were SO good. My husband is from Wisconsin and he said the fried cheese curds were like what you would get at the state Fair up there so he was happy. Very friendly folks running the truck. We'd definitely eat there again!

Amazing food, friendly service. They were helpful recommending a dinner place for later, even! If I make it through again, I'll definitely find them!

The loaded macaroni with pork belly is absolutely delicious!! Everything I have tried thus far has been really good!! Cierra and Amanda are the sweetest and will take great care of you. Highly recommend!!

Amazing is not even close to how awesome this was. I've eaten twice. Once I got the bologna sandwich and today the chicken quesadilla. Absolutely hands down the BEST quesadilla I have EVER had! Cheese curds were also amazing!
