Artisana Pizza

I’ve been here four times. The food is good. Sometimes. This latest visit, I ordered chicken Parmesan and it was overcooked. Black around the edges. I brought it to the attention of the waiter and was told that’s how it’s prepared. See picture. The same waiter told us that we could “go elsewhere.” Also, the restaurant needs more waiters. We had to get up to ask for napkins, oregano and cheese about 15 minutes after the food arrived. We also got up to order dessert. We were dining in. Otherwise, it’s a nice spot. Massive changes starting with customer service could make this a great establishment. Good luck!

The food was delicious! Good value. This is not an Italian place that over charges for mediocre food. The service was also great! Very attentive and polite. If we lived around here we would make this place a regular of ours.

I’ve been to Artisana Pizza twice now, and both visits were great! The restaurant has a clean, modern vibe and friendly service. On our first visit, we came on a Sunday around 5pm with family. It wasn’t very busy, so the food came out pretty fast. The Dolce Vita pizza was tasty - sweet and savory. The Burrata salad was fresh and delicious, and the Bomboloni (fried donuts filled with hazelnut chocolate) were a fun dessert. I also tried the Limonata mocktail, which was just okay for me. On our second visit, I had the Linguini al Gamberini e Funghi—a creamy shrimp and mushroom pasta. It was really good (I love creamy pastas), though a bit on the expensive side. We have been here 4 times and 3 of the 4 times have had the same waiter Alie. He was amazing and attentive and is the reason for the review. The food is good the mocktails and coffee is good as well but the service from the waiter is phenomenal he makes sure your drinks are full and the that you aren’t missing anything. It doesn’t hurt that the pizza is very good as well! 10/10 would recommend.

Recently discovered this place, and it is our new favorite spot to come for pizza! Artisano’s always has fast and friendly service and delicious pizza. I’m a big fan of wood fired pizza and this place always hits the spot.
