Aroma Joe's Coffee #20

I love the coffee here, can get almost any flavor any time not just seasonal or limited times. Food has always been good too. They had really good hash browns bites but for some reason they changed them. I finally tried the new one and I'm not very impressed. They were difficult to eat, kept falling apart. And no flavor, last ones had flavor. Guess I won't be getting those again. Service is always very good, prompt as they can be. Lines can be long on certain days or times but I usually don't have too much issue with that. Never have any issues with any locations.

Stopped coming here...first time in a while, either one really bad employee, or just untrained but seemingly staff does not care about their jobs. Given the hiring market right now and how easy it is to put syrup in a cup, 1+1

I don’t know why I came back because the first time the line took forever, But I just came back again and the line is even longer than last time, this is probably one of the longest lines I’ve ever dealt with. And I say that with positivity because I’ve never been to an aroma Joe’s where I have to wait this long, but I’m sure the food is the same as anywhere else and stuff. It’s just gonna wait really long time.

I've been really impressed with the young staff here being able to gracefully serve the always busy drive through, constant dash pickups, and me at the counter with surprising speed without missing a beat. You can even expect to be treated to genuine smiles, well-versed recommendations, and quality products freshly crafted to order. The top notch staff and delicious coffee make it possible to overcome the goofy name, which says a lot. 😜

Very nice Tuscan roll to eat, coffee was average though and bizarrely, I had to request sugar and they had nothing to stir it with except a straw!
