I was walking by and saw the grand opening for Aria Nova, so I decided to give it a shot — really glad I did. The pizza was amazing, super fresh ingredients, and I loved not being forced to buy a whole pie like most nearby spots. Everything was well-balanced with no flop. The mozzarella, sauce, and basil were all top-tier, and you can tell there’s no processed junk. I’ll definitely be back. The owner Julio aka the master pizzaiolo was incredibly nice as well. Wishing him and the entire team the best!
Favorite pizza place in all of West Village/Blecker area. No doubt this place is going to be selling out every day going further. Amazing music and cooks. Cannot give enough good reviews.
Phenomenal. A truly unique slice - super flavorful with the perfect amount of heat. Top tier crust and wonderful atmosphere. Shoutout to Julio who made me feel at home. Can’t wait to come back! Welcome to the neighborhood!
Go NOW!!! Delish!!!! It was exactly what I was looking for. Perfect slice! Great owner and chef! They are new but taste like they have been making pies forever!! …went down the block to another spot (following friends) and as disappointed . There was a line and it was blah….
