Arctic Circle

Food was decent... Bun was dry and falling apart though. Employees were friendly with a rehearsed "welcome in". But nothing special, nothing to set them apart or earn stars. They were nice enough to give me a coupon (expired 12/31/2024) THANK YOU! Store was pretty clean. No music or anything. Just a quiet box with hard seats.

Waited half hour at window, wondering, if they would ever take our order, said they would be with us in a minute, bit 15 min later…then I ordered cookie dough shake with cookie dough on the side (I have always had it this way) when I got to the window they said the manager wouldn’t let them put cookie dough on the side, why the heck not???? Don’t know? I’m going to Culver’s, good bye arctic circle , forever!!

The manager was very Friendly and the food was excellent. They brought out a free soft serve cone for our daughter even. She loves the play area here too.

Good food at a great price. There are multiple locations. However, the drive-through line will back up with several vehicles at this location. Family favorites are the ice cream cones or the various shakes; banana/strawberry, Oreo cookie or mint Oreo cookie, cookie dough, etc. Recently ordered a raspberry shake, and it was great! Overall, it's still a three star rating.

Arctic Circle has always been one of my favorite places, especially since I am from Idaho and they have Arctic Circle everywhere there are used to anyway. I don’t know about recent. Anyway, one of my favorites is the mushroom Swiss burger I mostly like it from Arctic Circle. I don’t go to Arctic Circle as much because of the prices now. The Kearns restaurant was nice and clean. You could tell some of the people there were starting training or had just came out of training. The girl forgot to give me my cup for my drink, and then they gave me my food on a tray when I asked for it to go. I will still go there, but not as often like I said the price is a lot, and sometimes the food isn’t always the best. Luckily the day I went my sandwich was fine. The bread was not hard..
