Arby's

Ordered $30 worth of food, got two chicken fingers smaller than my thumb, night as well have been nuggets. The two ham and Swiss we ordered had almost no meat in them.

Went to the drive thru at about 11pm. They asked us to pull forward to wait for our fries. After a few minutes they brought us very hot fries and nice sandwiches. I was very pleased with the food and service, especially that close to closing.

We always stop here on the way to Finger Lakes or leaving the area. I get my fix of roast beef and my chocolate shake. Staff always friendly.

Arby's has always been good. The sidewalks were shoveled and the parking lot clear. The staff here are nice and made our meals quickly. Everything seemed clean. The bathroom has a little to be desired... I hope they read this and take some action...as it is not impacting my review since our meal was great. The staff wishes you a safe trip upon leaving.

My husband and I visited this place on yesterday November 24th....this was the cleanest establishment I had seen in a long time...the staff was very friendly...the food was good and on time...the environment was welcoming.....I certainly hope this staff gets the recognition they deserve...I saw them working together as a team...that's amazing!!!!!!!!
